Privacy Policy

AI Ranktunez ("AI Ranktunez", "we", "us"), operated by Softtrix, provides an invite-only SEO analytics dashboard that lets marketing agencies view their clients' Google Analytics and Google Search Console performance in one place. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using AI Ranktunez you agree to this policy.

Who this policy covers

AI Ranktunez is used by agency staff who are invited by an administrator. We do not offer public sign-ups, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address and role, created by your administrator so you can sign in. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text.
• Google account connection. When you choose to connect a Google account, Google returns an OAuth token and your Google account email. We store these so we can retrieve your reporting on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time (see "Your choices" below).
• Google user data. With your permission and using read-only access, we retrieve Google Analytics (GA4) metrics and Google Search Console metrics for the properties and sites you connect — for example clicks, impressions, average position, users, sessions and conversions. We store aggregated daily figures so dashboards load quickly without repeatedly calling Google.
• Usage and technical data. Basic sign-in and session information needed to keep the service secure and working.

The Google permissions we request, and why

• Google Analytics — read only (analytics.readonly): to read and display your GA4 traffic, engagement and conversion metrics in your dashboards.
• Search Console — read only (webmasters.readonly): to read and display your Search Console clicks, impressions, queries, pages and position data.
• Basic profile (openid, email): to identify which Google account is connected and show it to you.

These are read-only permissions. AI Ranktunez cannot change, create or delete anything in your Google Analytics or Search Console accounts.

How we use information

• To display your Analytics and Search Console reporting inside AI Ranktunez dashboards.
• To store aggregated metrics so your dashboards load quickly and to show historical trends.
• To operate, secure and support the service, and to communicate with you about it.

We do not sell your data, we do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning or AI models.

Limited Use of Google user data

AI Ranktunez's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, information obtained through Google Analytics and Search Console APIs is used only to provide and improve the user-facing reporting features described in this policy; it is not transferred or sold to third parties except as needed to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and it is not used for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.

How we store and protect data

• Data is stored in our own PostgreSQL database on a private server; it is not shared with other tenants.
• Google OAuth tokens are stored server-side and used only to retrieve the reporting you requested.
• Access is limited to the agency users your administrator invites, according to their assigned role and project access.
• We keep regular encrypted backups so your data can be recovered.

Sharing

Your data is visible only to users within your own agency workspace, based on the project access your administrator grants. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (for hosting and Google's own APIs) strictly to operate the service. We never sell personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep connected reporting data while your account and Google connection remain active. You can remove a Google connection at any time in the app, and you may revoke AI Ranktunez's access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of your account and associated stored data, contact us at support@ranktunez.com and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law.

Your choices

• Disconnect a Google account from within AI Ranktunez at any time.
• Revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
• Ask your administrator to remove your account, or contact us directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
