Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Ranktunez (the "Service"), an invite-only SEO analytics dashboard operated by Softtrix. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

AI Ranktunez lets marketing agencies connect their clients' Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts (with read-only access) and view the resulting performance data on shared dashboards. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

Accounts and eligibility

• Accounts are created by an administrator; the Service is not open to public sign-up.
• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Connecting Google accounts

You may connect Google accounts you are authorized to access. You must have the right to view the Analytics properties and Search Console sites you connect. Your use of Google services through AI Ranktunez is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. We access Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, or disrupt its operation.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or copy the Service without permission.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use Google user data for advertising.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reporting figures are provided for information only and may differ from figures shown directly in Google's own tools due to sampling, timing or processing differences.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softtrix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

Your administrator may remove your access at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or comply with law. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google accounts at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
